This is one of my favorite Kyocera knives.  I use it for more than just slicing tomatoes.  It is great for slicing pickles, cucumbers, and all sorts of other vegetables but it shines when cutting tomatoes.  I have more than 10 different Kyocera knives and I adore each and every one of them.

This is easily one of my favorite Kyocera knives. While it’s excellent for cutting tomatoes without mushing them, I also use it regularly for other veggies too. It’s very sharp and makes clean slices every time. I absolutely love every single Kyocera knife I own!!
