Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free UPS Ground shipping on orders over $149+ to the contiguous US (Alaska and Hawaii have separate rates).
  • $10 US flat rate ground shipping for orders under $149.
  • We do not ship to PO Boxes, Canada, Mexico, or Puerto Rico.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8 am – 5 pm PST/PDT  (excluding US Holidays). 
  • Please expect processing delays of up to 10 business days, due to increased order volume and/or during the holidays.
  • Priority orders received after 12 pm PST will ship the next business day.
  • To prioritize and expedite an order, choose FedEx 2-day or Standard Overnight options for an additional fee.

RETURNS/DAMAGES

  • Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of delivery.  Request a return in “my account” by visiting “order history” and selecting the order or items to be returned. A notification will be sent with a return authorization once it is processed.
  • With the exception of those items covered by our manufacturer’s warranty, no credit will be issued for a product not in new condition or in the original packaging.
  • Damaged shipments should be reported immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) to our Customer Service Department.  
  • Please notify us of any shipping discrepancies within 10 days of receipt of the product.
  • Kyocera is not responsible for any return shipping charges when there is buyer remorse.
