I just got this pan and so far it has been great! It's really versatile, easy to clean, and it feels like it will last a lifetime.

I have used this grill pan for burgers, frying fish fillets and for grilling vegetables.  The food gets beautiful grill marks from the ridges in the bottom of the pan, and cooks quickly and evenly on my induction cooktop.  PFAS-FREE ceramic surface cleans up so easily with warm water and a drop of dish soap. I wipe the pan with a thin layer of vegetable oil, as use instructions recommend, before dropping food in.  Can’t wait to try more types of food with this pan! This is an excellent product! Kyocera hit a huge home run with this one!
