Sharp and versatile
I usually use the thickest setting 3.0 mm for cucumbers and apples. It fits nicely onto a mixing/salad bowl so I can slice veggies into my meals or slice a bunch of stuff for cooking with less mess and cleanup. Cleaner cuts and more consistent than using a knife.
