This knife makes cooking more fun! Super light, super sharp blade. The handle design is more linear and has more flexibility in how it is held compared to the previous curved design. It fits in your hands and is very easy to use. It's definitely my favorite knife for peeling fruits and cutting vegetables. Highly recommended!
