INNOVATION is just THAT!
Having had Kyocera ceramic knives for years now, I'm familiar with them. This new Innovation is by far the best they've put out! Just picking it up for the first time you'll notice the comfortable and reassuring weight which gives me control with the amazing cutting edge. This is definitely my favorite knife for fine slicing in the kitchen. An added bonus is the sleek black finish!

Great ceramic knife set!
INNOVATIONblack series is amazingly sharp, light, and beautiful. I used the previous white blade model, which was also great, but I find the INNOVATIONblack series even better! Also, these ceramic knives are extremely easy to wash. Totally, I recommend it.
