I have several knives and this is a great introductory set.  I have given these as gifts to many and everybody raves about them!

I am using this Revolution knife set , the large one for using everything
and the small size for using fruit. Very light and sharp I love it.

I have been using several knives over my 20 years in the industry.  And anytime I need to do any heavy or light prep behind the bar or for fruit or vegetables, my go to are Kyocera knives! This 2 piece set is great for smaller applications, the Pairing knife is perfect for cutting lemons or any small fruit or veg! The Santoku is perfect for any longer sessions in the kitchen, and its so enjoyable to use! Overall I am always telling people about the joys of using Kyocera Knives!
