This is the kind of pot everyone needs in their kitchen. You can use it for so many things!

I used this sauce pan for a sticky poultry marinade.  Induction heat worked perfectly and nothing stuck to the ceramic pan surface!  Makes clean up a breeze.  The lid is a really nice feature to keep heat and moisture in without risk of boil over.  There is no metallic taste from the PFAS-Free ceramic surface.  Great pan!
