By far the best knife I have ever owned. Perfect size for almost all my kitchen needs and the handle is far enough away from the blade where no accidents happen. It stays sharp even perhaps through more abuse than it’s supposed to have and I would pay more for this than the price listed. I have actually started using this to replace my electric knives even with this all purpose knife. I am 100% sold on this product and will be changing my kitchen to Kyocera from now on.
