Best ever knifes
The main thing I love about Kyocera's  ceramic knives vs steel is that ceramic knives are best for precision slicing of boneless meats, fruits, and vegetables. They are sharper, stay sharper for longer, and are more lightweight than steel. At the same time, because they are much harder than steel, they can chip.

I love Kyocera's ceramic knifes
Ceramic knives are such a hot item in my kitchens at the moment, and for good reason. Not only are they strikingly beautiful and available in a rainbow of colors and hues, the best ceramic knives are substantially harder than steel knives and in addition, due to their resistance to strong acidic and caustic substances, they will not rust or corrode.

Efficient knife
I love this knife because it can cut through just about anything and it retains it sharpness for a long period of time.
