The best graters I've ever have!
This grater is sharp and durable. I love the rubber edging around the bottom as it stops sliding around on my cutting board! I'm glad that I bought this.

Works great for garlic
My wife has used this on Garlic and Ginger. The ginger was a little stringy and clogged the grater but it worked great for grating garlic - almost turns it into a paste which can be applied to anything.
